If you are on a strict budgetor just want to save a little money, then Meal Planning is just what you need. It's a great way to keep your grocery budget in check, and make sure you don't go over at the register.
You'll notice that I only share our supper menu, because breakfasts and lunches are pretty much the same week to week. Breakfasts consist of either eggs with Homemade Bread, Pancakes, Waffles, Homemade Granola, or Protein Smoothies, along with fruit. Lunches are mainly sandwiches, salads, or leftovers. Snacks, if any, are usually fruit, a savory dip with veggie sticks, a sweet dip with fruit and veggie dippers, Homemade Salsa, Guacamole and Chips, and occasionally Peanut Butter Quinoa Protein Balls.
