Seasoned Parmesan Potato Wedges

Parmesan potato wedges, seasoned with garlic and onion, oven roasted to golden perfection. They make the perfect side dish, or snack, and take less then 40 minutes to make!.


Baked potato wedges are one of my families favorite side dishes. They're tasty, and so easy to make. You just cut up some potatoes, mix them up with a little oil, cheese, and seasonings, and bake to a golden brown. They turn out slightly crispy on the outside, but soft and tender on the inside. It's like french fires and baked potatoes became best friends.



They are delicious with any meal, I recently served them with turkey burgers, but they would go great with a grilled steak, chicken tenders, or all by their self as a snack as well.

Seasoned Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients

3 medium-large russet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into eighths
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, grease well, and set aside.
Place potato wedges in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoned salt..
Sprinkle cheese mixture over potatoes, and toss to coat.
Place potato wedges on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and easily pierced with a fork.
Serve garnished with chopped fresh parsley, and your favorite dipping sauce if desired.


Notes: Be sure to grease your baking sheet really well, as the potato wedges have a tendency to stick.
