Salisbury Steak and Gravy
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon dried, minced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon milk or water (if mixture is to dry to hold together well)
Recipe for Brown Gravy
Place ground beef, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix just until well combined. Add milk or water if mixture seems to dry.
Using your hands, gently shape into 4 patties. Fry in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until well done, flipping over several times.
Place patties on plates and pour the desired amount of beef gravy over them.
Serve with Homestyle Mashed Potatoes and your choice of vegetable.
